General Information
Where can I purchase Relentless Energy NASS tickets?

There are a number of outlets available, click here to view the options and ticket information. 2011 tickets will be released soon, so make sure you keep an eye out on the website and newsletter.

I want to come to Relentless Energy NASS though I am only 15 (or younger), can I still come?

Yes! All ages are welcome to the festival AS LONG AS anyone under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult. This doesn’t have to be parents, it can be an older brother or sister or a friend, as long as they are 18 or over, it doesn’t matter!  If you are 18 to 24 you can only accompany one under 16, if you are 25 or over you can accompany up to 4 under 16’s.

Will there be queues at the entrance?

The entrance is larger and is able to cope with the capacity of the festival. Searching is always the first stage when entering the festival so please read the ‘what NOT to bring’ section to speed up the process. Whilst we expect that Friday morning is busy, more searching lanes will mean you are inside the festival in no time.

Can I park my car in the campsite next to my tent?

No, all vehicles must be left in the car park. A car may be used to tow in a caravan, but must then be removed from the site and left in the car park throughout the weekend. If you have a camper van you must buy a camper van pass which you can buy in the ticket section.

Can I reserve a camping place?

Only VIP pre-erected tents are able to be reserved.  All other campsites are purely first come first serve. Want a good pitch? Get there early!

I want to camp in the family/quiet campsite though I don't have a family weekend ticket, can I still camp there?

Yes, you can camp in the family camping area if you have a weekend adult ticket though this is for families and quiet campers only. Upon arrival at the entrance you must request a family wristband otherwise you will by default be given a general weekend wristband.
Please note:  Any noisy and disruptive behaviour will NOT be tolerated.
If you cause disorder you will be moved to another camp site by the camping stewards.

Is there re-admission to the event?

Day ticket holders cannot exit and re-enter the festival. Weekend ticket holders can re-enter. Alcohol may only be brought in the first time you enter the festival. If you have already entered the event and are wearing a wristband you will not be allowed to bring in alcohol.

Will I get reception on my mobile at the festival?

Yes, we have checked with a number of service providers and reception is generally pretty good.

How much money will I need at the festival?

There are lots of shops in the Shopping Village as well as bars and catering stands so make sure you’re prepared for an action packed weekend! There will be a cash point on site though the queues for cash can be long at times and we cannot guarantee their use.  We therefore recommend you bring enough money to see you through to the end of the event.

Can I bring my cooker?

No disposable barbecues, gas cookers, electric stoves or any form of cooking device is allowed into the festival. This includes any that may use fuel, gas, petrol or flame. They will be confiscated at the entrance so save your money for some good food in the event.

Are dogs, cats, or gerbils allowed on site?

No pets or animals are allowed on site with the exception of guide dogs.

Are there any water points?

Yes, there are several water points available around site.

Illegal drugs policy

Relentless Energy NASS festival has a strict policy that does not tolerate drug use. Do not try to bring drugs into the festival as we have a search team that thoroughly check bags, as well as the police being present on site.

Disabled Access

Relentless Energy NASS is committed to trying to make the site accessible for those with disabilities. However, as it is a festival site there are sections that are uneven which can make access difficult. Stewards will be on hand to help as well as the medical team if you need any assistance.
